    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The General Terms and any Additional Terms may be updated by us from time to time. We will post any changes that we make on this page. Your continued use of our Websites and/or Services after any such changes have been made, constitutes your acceptance of the new General Terms and/or Additional Terms. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not use or access (or continue to use or access) our Websites and/or Services.

    At the time of Registration:

    The registration processes on our Websites may involve you creating a password to enable you to access your account.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:

    1. immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account and any other breach of security, and
    2. ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

    Following are the steps to get register for the courses we offer:

    1. First of all you have to register in our website: www.myvisionfoundation.in. You will get confirmation message on your Registered Mobile Number.
    2. You will be redirected to Student Dashboard. Next click on your desired course. A new page will be opened with complete information about the course. Followed by the information you will see APPLY NOW button. Click on it.
    3. You will be asked to complete Your Profile Percentage. Fill Your profile with all details till it comes to 100%. You need to upload required documents like Aadhar, Caste Certificate, Income certificate, SSC or 10th Std Certificate, Intermediate Pass Certificate, Degree / Graduation Certificate, Post Graduation Certificate (Optional)
    4. Next you will be redirected to Application Successful Page. You can see your application status in My Applications  in your dashboard. you can also check whether your application has been accepted / rejected. If accepted what next you have to do. If rejected what are the reasons.
    5. If your application accepted / rejected, you will get a call from our Customer Support Center. They will guide you to process your application.

     

    At the time of admission:

    1. Applicants will be considered as candidates for Admission and entry to institute when the Registration form has been completed successfully and returned to us.
    2. Students must submit their qualification documents along with registration form. Registration form will not be processed without documents. Documents must be submitted during the admission day itself. The necessary documents are: S.S.C Marks List Xerox for age Proof, Aadhar Xerox for Address Proof. Degree or Equivalent Pass Certificate for Eligibility.
    3. Students need to provide details and their profiles as and when required by the Institute.
    4. Admission once cancelled will not be reconsidered.
    5. Any change in Address, Email-Id, Phone Number or in any other details must be informed in advanced.
    6. Students with any recommendations will not be entertained anymore.
    7. Students are expected to pay the fees 2 days before the Admission date.
    8. Fee Paid for the courses is not refundable and Non Transferable.
    9. Fees Payment cannot be transferred to another courses.
    10. Fees paid is valid only up to the batch's syllabus is completed.

     

    During the Course:

    1. Students should be attentive to lecture during classes and not to interfere with others. Students can not refuse to perform the tasks that the Faculty sets. For the effectiveness of the learning process and in order not to interrupt it, students must be in the classroom throughout the class. If there is an urgent need to quit, this can only be done with the permission of the Faculty.
    2. The Institute reserves all rights to make any changes in any program including test series schedule/test writing days and timings etc.
    3. If a student fails to appear for any test will be considered as failed. No re exam will be conducted.

     

    Jurisdiction – Legal Aspects:

    1. The Institute is not responsible for the behaviour of the students outside its premises, due notice will be taken of Students Misbehaviour in the classes and in such cases he/she will be suspended and will be prosecuted by internal committee and Legally if needed. All the disputes will be dealt in Vijayawada Jurisdiction.
    2. These Terms (as amended from time to time) are exclusively governed by and are construed in accordance with the laws of India and Andhra Pradesh whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute or any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that we have the right to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

    Discipline Criteria:

    1. Regularity, Punctuality and Implicit Obedience in the Institute are mandatory. The Student is expected to attend classes in time.i.e-15 minutes before the clock.
    2. Students can take 3 Optional Leaves during the entire course. If needed more, he has to obtain permission from the office.
    3. Mobile Shall not be allowed to be used during class timings. Mobile If used, mobile phone will be collected and will be returned only after the completion of coaching.
    4. Student should not damage any furniture, write or draw anything on the walls. Recovery of any damage will be done from the concerned student.
    5. Students should observe polite behaviour. Shouting, bullying or use of foul language is forbidden.

     

    Attendance Criteria:

    1. Absence of more than 3 days will not be allowed to the classes and his/her admission will be cancelled in such cases and he/she will be detended permanently.
    2. Student Identity cards provided during admission must be worn daily in the classroom. Students without Identity Cards will not be permitted in and will be marked absent.

     

    Educational Tours for Integrated IAS Students:

    1. Student follow directions of faculty all times.  Students are expected to be respectful to faculty and peers.
    2. Maintain a good attitude toward tour guides and campus employees, remember who you represent
    3. Leave jewelry or other valuable items at home.
    4. No  cell phones will be used during tours.  If a student breaks this rule,  cell phone will be confiscated until the end of the trip.

     

    If you violate ANY of these rules, we will not hesitate to call your parent and have them pick you up and take you home.
