We work for WOMAN EMPOWERMENT by financially supporting the needy girls and women. In our country, many girls are still being married off at an early age. They are forced to drop out of school. Many girl children in our country are subjected to various degrees of injustice largely due to lack of their education and inability to become financially self sufficient. Uneducated and unskilled girls and women suffer from gender bias, inequality and are not given the respect and dignity in the society that is due to them.

Focusing on the most under-resourced communities, VISION Foundation enables women entrepreneurs to build their job, life and health skills, obtain small business loans and launch sustainable income-generating enterprises that serve their families, villages and communities. Thus we envision a world without poverty in which women are empowered, uplifted and equal partners in society.
Without young people, the world would collapse, and yet most of them lack access to basic opportunities to fulfil their potential, and build a better future. VISION engages young people through community-based education, mentoring, employment readiness, and enrichment programming to help them develop skills and strengthen ties to family and community.

VISION Foundation, through Youth Empowerment program empowers thousands of youth by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to lead lives of dignity, purpose, and economic stability. Our approach involves engaging young people who are also the least likely to have access to mainstream education and training, including girls, refugees, young people with disabilities, and youth engaged in hazardous work.

ABOUT OUR CAREER GUIDANCE PROGAM
We have a team of trained psychologists who work in Prestigious Institutions as counsellors and carry on different counselling activities and provide comprehensive psychological services to the students which includes providing life skills, study skills sessions and individual counselling for dealing with issues like substance abuse, lack of motivation, academic issues, family problems etc. with students and parents.
